What is Touch for Health?
Touch for Health Kinesiology is a system of natural health care which combines the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with muscle monitoring. Energy and body function are assessed and a range of gentle, yet powerful healing techniques applied to improve health, wellbeing and vitality.
Touch for Health developed by the chiropracter Dr John Thie in the 1960s. Since then it has benefited millions of people throughout the world.
This course is a comprehensive training in Kinesiology for self help, friends and family and is suitable for everyone from all walks of life, all interests and all backgrounds. Whether for those wishing to pursue a career in Kinesiology, or for practitioners wishing to add muscle testing to their skills, it forms the foundation for further training. It is accredited by the Kinesiology Federation and also the International Kinesiology College.
Each of the four levels of Touch for Health is taught in a two day workshop. It is a fun, inspiring course. You can do just the first level or go on to do all four and then continue on to Practitioner level training.
