Chair Massage/On-Site Massage
is an increasingly popular form of massage particularly suited to the work place. It is practiced, fully clothed, using a specially designed chair provided by the therapist. After a chair massage ‘time-out’ the individual will feel relaxed and calm, yet energised and alert.

Reflexology enhances the natural healing processes of the body by the application of light pressure to specific areas of the feet. Reflexology has been shown to be successful in treating a wide variety of ailments from migraine to digestive orders.

Reiki
is a non-intrusive hands on healing which safely and effectively balances the mind and body. Reiki helps the individual feel revitalised and calm, relieving the symptoms of stress, and increasing mental awareness.

Full Body Therapeutic Massage involves the holistic application of oils to improve physical and emotional well-being. It is excellent in helping to relieve not only aches and pains but also a wide range of disorders aggravated by stress, to enhance the circulation of blood and lymph and to promote an overall sense of well-being.

Indian Head Massage keeps the hair and scalp in good condition as well as relieving the stress of every day life. The massage movements of the neck, shoulders and scalp help to reduce tension in the muscles while the face massage leaves you calm and tranquil.

Naturopathic Osteopathy is an established system of healing that focuses on balancing the structural and functional integrity of the body. Its main aim is to overcome pain and disease, caused by dysfunction of the body's structure. It is recognised by the British Medical Association as a clinical discipline. Naturapathic Osteopathy also  includes advice on posture, dietary changes, exercise, relaxation, hydrotherapy, lifestyle and stress. The treatment combines different techniques including deep tissue manipulation, mobilisation of  joints, and readjustment of posture as well as acupuncure where required

Craniosacral therapy uses very light touch so one may feel a deep sense of relaxation, possibly be aware of heat, tingling or pulsation. Stresses, strains, tensions or traumas contract the body’s tissues giving rise to problems in the body’s function.  The cranial osteopath feels for the mobility of cranial bones (the head), the sacrum (base of the spine), fluidity of CSF (cerebrospinal fluid) and function of the visceral organs. Then balances them to enable the body’s self healing mechanism. The benefits can be both physical (back pain, migraine, or digestive disorders) and emotional (anxiety or depression).

Nutritional testing and advice helps people who suffer from health problems such as digestive problems, skin problems, candida and mood swings. These are often linked to sensitivities to foods, pollens or animal fur. It could also be due to products in the home such as detergents and fabric conditioners. Vega testing is completely non-invasive and painless, the patient holds on to a silver baton, whilst a probe is place on a certain acupuncture point on the finger. Both the baton and probe are connected to a machine, making a complete circuit. Potential allergens are then inserted into the honeycomb matrix and a measurement is taken, using the frontal dials on the machine. Intolerances and food sensitivities can then be detected. Any testing will also involve dietary and nutritional advice.
