Touch for Health Level 1 is ideal for anyone dipping their toe in to Energy Medicine for the first time or for the experienced practitioner who wants to expand their practice. You will learn how to accurately muscle monitor, balance energy, reduce pain, improve posture, find foods that raise energy, diffuse emotional stress and achieve goals. It is taught in a fun and relaxed environment supporting the students at every stage to become confident and competent.

Level II Touch for Health focuses on balancing using a one point correction derived from the Chinese Wheel, the Law of the Five Elements and Yin and Yang concepts. Students will learn to monitor an additional 14 muscles, find foods that deplete the energy, reduce recent pain, enhance performance and achieve goals.

Level III Touch for Health focuses on the body's internal cooperation. The student will learn how to balance an additional 14 muscles, balance reactive muscle and gait patterns and also how to reduce chronic pain and ease past traumas.

Feb 16, 2019 - Feb 17, 2019
Touch for Health Level IV explores in more depth the Chinese Five Elements and associated emotions. Students will learn to balance energy using sound, balance Figure Eight Energies, balance for the Time of Day and release postural traumas.

This two day workshop reviews the entire syllabus and introduces some basic client care, record keeping, ethical and legal requirements for working with the public. It also prepares you for a formal assessment.

The Proficiency Assessment offers an opportunity to receive objective feedback on how you work with a client. Advice will be given on next steps that will be appropriate to the individual to enhance their skills and move forward into professional training should you wish to do so.
On completion of the Proficiency Assessment you will be able to join the Kinesiology Federation of the UK as a TFH Proficient, gain insurance and begin working with the public.

This new course enables the Touch for Health Proficient to broaden their skills and to include other modalities in to a Touch for Health Balance. Students will learn how to work with finger modes, how to determine priorities, how to balance more than one issue at the simultaneously, how to ensure a balance lasts for longer and how to incorporate all their skills in to a TFH balance.
